Beeline CNC routing delivers the precision, speed and quality that your projects deserve.

  • Step 1: Concept

Bring your idea to Beeline and we’ll help you make it a reality.

If you already have a CAD drawing, we can do the rest. Please make sure your drawing includes all details: Dimensions, material specifications, tolerances, and notes indicating any details that may not be visible in the drawing. We use Vectric and Fusion 360.

If you don’t have the ability to draw in CAD, let us know what you’re trying to build, and we can help with design, materials and drafting.

  • Step 2: Procurement

You may provide materials or we can procure them for you. We will also procure any special tooling that may be required.

  • Step 3: Programming

Once the drawings are approved for production, we will proceed with the CAM.

CAM software is used to create the set of instructions that tell the CNC machine how it should move. We can control how fast the machine will move the tool as well as how fast the tool is spinning. Depending on the project, we will use Vectric for carved signs and simpler profiles. Fusion 360 is used for more complex 3D modeling and toolpathing.

  • Step 4: Cut It

Once we have materials and a CNC program, it’s time to start cutting. We will secure the workpiece to our machine using the vacuum table, a machining vise, or specialized fixturing made just for your parts.

The program will be loaded into the machine and we press the “Start” button.

  • Step 5: Finishing

When the CNC has completed its work, there may be additional work required to finish the part. We can tap holes, sand, deburr, lacquer and polish your parts so they are ready for use or sale.

  • Step 6: Deliver

Once your parts are complete, we can deliver locally within the San Francisco Bay Area or ship anywhere in the world.
